Paula Serios, Founder

Paula is Founder and CEO of SPIRTO Advisory providing insight and results across management consulting, business strategy, operations, service design, marketing, branding, and communications. In the corporate sector, Paula held Chief Marketing Officer positions for more than a decade and was a member of several Executive Management Teams, for both private and not-for-profit corporations including Providence Health and Silverado Care.

Paula’s professional portfolio is extensive in the full spectrum of health and well-being including providers, plans, population health and medical devices. Strategic planning and research are the cornerstone of her work eliciting branding efforts that not only have built business but insulated corporations from crisis events.

The breadth of her experience extends to all facets of marketing with deep expertise in advertising, branding, direct response, and promotional marketing as well as industry depth in healthcare, health insurance, senior living, and retail. She has spent extensive time at worldwide agencies like Ogilvy and Publicis as well as being a consultant.

Paula has produced exemplary work for clients delivering on objectives and driving to goals with success for brands like OhioHealth, Stony Brook Medicine, Intermountain Health, Priority Health, OhioHealthy, Corewell Health, Renown, Bayhealth, Sears, NutraSweet, Eddie Bauer, Amoco Oil, Mazda, USPS, EyeMasters Optical, Verizon, Sprint Cellular, and Western Publishing. 

Paula holds an MBA from Loyola University, Chicago and currently lives in Evanston, Illinois. To fuel her passion and creativity, she performs improv with an independent ensemble at Second City and other venues in the Chicago area while completing advanced studies at Second City.
